Gasificación Neumáticos

Desarrollamos plantas de gasificación para convertir neumáticos en energía.La gasificación del caucho proveniente de neumáticos fuera de uso (NFU) implica la descomposición térmica del material a alta temperatura, en un entorno controlado con un agente gasificante (aire, oxígeno, vapor de agua, o CO₂). Este proceso genera un gas de síntesis (syngas) compuesto por CO, H₂, CH₄ y otros hidrocarburos ligeros.

Las reacciones principales durante la gasificación del caucho de NFU son las siguientes:

Estas reacciones generan el calor necesario para mantener el proceso: Ocurren bajo condiciones de reducción (bajo oxígeno):

  1. Combustión del carbono: C+O2→CO2ΔH=−393.5 kJ/mol 1.Gasificación del carbono con dióxido de carbono (reacción de Boudouard):

  2. Formación de monóxido de carbono: 2C+O2→2COΔH=−221 kJ/mol C+CO2​→2CO ΔH=+172.5kJ/mol

    2.Gasificación del carbono con vapor de agua: C+H2​O→CO+H2​ ΔH=+131.3kJ/mol

    Reacciones de craqueo térmico

    El caucho contiene cadenas largas de hidrocarburos y azufre (vulcanizado). Al calentarse, estas moléculas se descomponen en compuestos más simples:
